New Releases 7/12-7/18: Mystery of the Domestic Diva Edition

We at Tech-Gaming have often wondered about Cooking Mama’s enigmatic past. Was the domestic diva an actual matriarch? None of her presumed children have ever been spotted assisting Mama in the kitchen, contributing to the callous rumors. This week, Activision reveals part of her past- a science-minded, ex-husband who tried to capitalize of her success. So far, reports of Science Papa‘s past collaborations with PETA have been unsubstantiated.

Desert Eagle’s Pick: Two games have been garnering an unhealthy amount of playtime for me. Sim-spelunker Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! has been my portable diversion for weeks now, while NCAA Football’s cornucopia of content draws me in daily, as I create teams for my pigskin-less alma maters.

TideGear’s Pick: There’s no question this week! See my review and you’ll understand why my pick is Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What Did I Do To Deserve This?.

  1. Please dont post G4 stuff here. I mean the girl is Ok, but she knows nothing about games.

  2. Glad to hear you’ve been playing some good games, Desert. I have NCAA preordered.

  3. Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What Did I Do To Deserve This?

Best title ever and a likely pickup.

  4. Tony Hawk’s Project 8. I missed the PSP version when it came out originally.

  5. How is the game? I never read a review for it. I do still like the TH games and wish they made more portable versions.

  6. Yep, Brandon’s correct. The NCAA Review will be live on Wednesday.

Fun game of Red Faction the other night, BTW!

  7. as fun as Cooking Mama is the name is borderline offensive. I don’t care personally, least it’s not Imagine Babyz but that always makes me laugh.
