  1. Bad joke about being paid to say good things. It already seems as if you hate the Xbox One, Robert.

    1. It was a joke. Mildly funny, but still a joke.

Battlecat, a sexual position, and the original Star Wars movies.

    1. Sorry the guidelines didn’t make the final cut.

      To win:
      – Poöf Vs The Cursed Kitty simple leave the name of your favorite cat.
      – For a two-pack of MoneyPaw’s games, simple post what comes to mind when you hear the name “Lucifer Ring”
      – And for Ender’s Game, list your favorite sci-fi film.

      Cool?

  2. If I can’t claim myself as a favorite cat, then I’ll go with the Simpson’s cat.

Lucifer Ring is a ring with the power to kill when the wearer says the person’s name kind of like Death Note.

The Star Trek movies are more favorite sci-fi.

    1. It was a little bit of a sausage fest this time. Weirdly though, I think we had the fewest poop jokes of any T-G show on record. Hmmm.

  3. Fav cat has got to be stimpy yup yup

    Well the devils ring? Lol

Star trek movies. Any of um

  4. Fritz, a sex toy, and the Halo animated movies.

I’m about 20 minutes into the show and really like it. I hope there’s an Indie Outlook section.

Robert went full PC, PC, PC on us.

  5. I’d go for Hobbes. Technically not a cat, but of the cat family. Wait, he isn’t since he’s a stuffed toy too. But I’d claim he is.
Lucifier Ring… I dunno, kinda cliche, but sounds like an in-game item from one of them JRPGs.
Lastly, my favorite Sci Fi movie would have to be 2001: A Space Odyssey.

    Thanks for the opportunity.

  6. Very cool giveaway. Poor looks like fun. My pick is Simba!

Great impressions from everyone. Great to hear an interview and especially with someone who puts out import games. Maybe you could get Victor Ireland on the show.

  7. Catwoman! and Luficer’s Ring woulds like a really awesome PS1 game that never came here. 😉

Good sound quality this week. I only heard a few drops during the interview.

  8. Hell YES! New show.

Downloading it right now. Warming my ears up for trivia and an interview.

  9. Great show. Just missed Indie Outlook.

Robert sounds like he actually got mad at Jeremy for not playing Disgaea.

    1. It started out as a half-joke, but I think I’m really walking on thin ice.

I mean I bought and paid for the thing! That’s as good as I can say for any given game on a Steam or PS+ sale.

WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME DEAGLE??

  10. Damn you guys!

After listing to the show, I couldn’t resist buying Bionic Dues, Secrets of Raetikon. Might break down for Gunhouse as well.

  11. – Poöf Vs The Cursed Kitty simple leave the name of your favorite cat.
    Pete (MICKY)

    – For a two-pack of MoneyPaw’s games, simple post what comes to mind when you hear the name “Lucifer Ring”
    Sounds like A JRPG ITEM

    – And for Ender’s Game, list your favorite sci-fi film.

    Blade Runner

  12. Glad to hear Robert covering PC games. Now, he’s a well rounded gamer. All that’s left are Facebook games.

    1. I sometimes think about the episode where I did impressions entirely of Facebook games. And you know… it wasn’t terrible. I sometimes think about doing it again, but I have to build up the fortitude.

I still think You Don’t Know Jack was best on FB.

      1. That’s cool but I prefer to hear impressions about paid games. Free games I can decide on my own if there are worst playing or not without any risk.

        1. On the other hand, money is just one currency you can spend.

I wasn’t sure about discussing Don’t Starve when it’s free on PS+ (and I think I even mention it in the show) but for a lot of us, a trickier question is whether a thing is worth the time.

  13. I need to catch up on episodes. I got behind with work.

    Favorite cat: Keyboard Cat
    Sci-Fi movie: Blade Runner

  14. All that was missing was IndieOutlook…oh and asking Ryan is there’s a sale if you buy all 6 games. 😉

  15. I like Hobbes from Calvin & Hobbes. He’s kinda a tiger thing, but he’s cool. ;D
When I hear “Lucifer’s Ring”, I think of a fashionista devil prancing around with his fancy ring.
And my favorite sci-fi movie is Cloud Atlas…..it’s so awesome!

    Thank you very much!

    1. Haha. I’d be kind of mad too if I had to pack a respirator around all day. Imagine how inconvenient it would be doing everyday tasks in that getup.

      1. My money is on playing Disgaea.

Oh, yeah did someone fart around the 54 minute mark. I thought I heard someone bust one.

    1. My connection dropped out right as I finished my impressions and it took 3 or 4 tries to get back in. It finally broke DEagle’s poor little spirit.

  16. my Fav kitty has to be the cute gray ones you see at petshops.
the first thing i think of when i hear “Lucifer Ring” is satan going jewelry shopping, like,i can see him complain to the guy behind the glass saying “the ring is too small and wont get off my giant fingernail”
and Looper is my fav sci-fi film as of recent,it’s crazy fun.

  17. Favorite Cat? The Cheshire Cat form Alice in Wonderland (or in this Case Alice Madness Returns) Weirdest Cat ever and I love it =D

  18. I’m interested in Ender’s Game, so I’d have to say my favorite sci-fi film is Star Trek

  19. Favorite cat would be the Sir Purr. Lucifer’s Ring sounds like an object turned into Pawn Stars. Favorite Sci-Fi movie is Videodrome. Thanks for the contest!

  20. My favorite cat name is “Logan.” He is my surly 17 year old tabby cat. He will let you pet him for a minute and then bite you when he is done with you.
Favorite Sci-Fi movie is Time Bandits!

    1. I’ve been playing less PC as my computer has been getting progressively worse. I’ll try to make an effort to do a little more of it.

    1. It’s so messed up. But it has really been sticking in my head.

I didn’t talk about the music. The music is kind of weird too. It alternates between smooth jazz and tinky SNES style tunes. Honestly, even the MENU interface is pretty non-standard.

      OK. I’m over it now…. I think.

      1. “It alternates between smooth jazz and tinky SNES style tunes.”

Seriously, stop. Every little detail keeps pushing me closer to the Gunhouse. I don’t think I can resist anymore.

  21. My pick for favorite cat would be Tom from Tom & Jerry.
“Lucifer Ring” sounds like an equippable item from Castlevania. It would increase all stats by 10.

  22. My favorite cat is Puss from Shrek. Ring sounds like a JRPG item, and my favorite scifi film is Gattaca.

  23. My favorite cartoon cat is definitely Felix. He doesn’t really get any credibility, despite all the fantasy immersion. Do you remember that full-length animated Felix the Cat movie that came out back in the day? It was like watching someone’s acid trip, and it definitely changed the way I viewed cartoons.

Devil’s Ring, sadly, makes me think of an X-rated manga featuring lots of slime, subjugation, and the Prince of Darkness practicing birth control.

Ender’s Game ranks right up there in my top 10 favorite sci-fi films, but if I had to choose just one, I’d go with Forbidden Planet. That 1956 masterpiece laid the foundation of effects-driven sci-fi flicks, and I daresay even influences those made today. The story wasn’t bad, either.

  24. My favorite cat is salem from a teenaged witch,
when i hear the name “Lucifer Ring” i think of Supernatural and the four horseman rings.
    – my favorite sci-fi film is Star Trek: Into Darkness!

  25. My favorite sci-fi film is Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back thx for the chance.

  26. Another great show.

My favorite cat is the Cheshire Cat.
Lucifer Ring sounds like something you draw on the floor with blood to summon demons.

    1. It’s been crazy busy on our end, but don’t worry we’ll take care of it soon enough.

  27. You guys need a regular schedule. Putting a show out when you can doesn’t seem very professional. If you need another podcaster, I am free and willing! I’ve been gaming for 28 years now.

    1. OMG let me get you an application for my company right now holy shit you’d have to be a complete idiot to pass up such a lucrative opportunity as this are you an angel

    2. There are several segments of the show that get recorded at different times because it includes different people, while we do have a schedule, we also have slots that require more than just content but availability of guests and hosts. Do know that we are working on it, and again, apologies for the delay and disappointment of it.

      1. Wow, people are so demanding. I don’t get it. Move on, listen to another show. Maybe even play one of those vidya gamez.

  28. I’d like a new show, but I’ve found that listening to the older ones are a good way to pass the time. The ones where Sage are on are the best I found. She makes everyone else that much better.
