The Tech-Gaming Podcast, 4-4: Hand Jiving Makes Me Happy

This week on the podcast, wholesome dances are reappropriated into perverted innuendo, innocuous games receive a thorough berating,  and impressions abound. With Dead Rising 2: Case Zero, Ace Combat: Joint Strike, and Phantasy Star Portable 2 on our playlists, there’s much to discuss, yet we still squeeze in a our beloved trivia segment as well as answer reader mail.

Don’t forget to send your questions for our next mailbag, and subscribe to the Tech-Gaming Podcast on iTunes. Leaving a review would be an cool thing to do; and keep us from begging for feedback every show.

  1. Well, episode 4-3 was downloaded 7,823 times. I hope it’s not a single person listening to us over and over 😉

  2. No hand jives for you.

Sorry, I cant resist. I’m the same way with books and sometimes games.

  3. I stopped playing and just heard you could add more guys. The dudes on Weekend Confirmed talked about this too, so don’t feels bad deserts.

  4. I’m going to try to purchase it today if I have time. NOLA should be receiving a review copy.

Bottom line, if you even mildly interested in SRPGs, it well worth your money.

  5. I can’t wait for the game. Minor points aside (I don’t want/need auto aim for my sniper rifle) is undeniably impressive. Platinum is slowly becoming one of my favorite modern developers.

  6. I got a question for the next podcast- what kind of clothes brands do you like? Do you have a lot of game shirts?

  7. Dude, can I just say the Capcom Classic Collection for PSP is so worth in. $10 is a steal for an retronaut.

  8. Do you guys ever talk about anything beside VIDEOGAMES on the show? I notice other podcasts do.

  9. Theme Hospital Review: Theme Hospital is not nearly as good as Front Mission 3, which was released on the European PSN Store literally hours before we got Theme Hospital over here. This is a tragedy. An Emmer Effing TRAGEDY!

  10. Dont really know why, but this episode (or world) was lacking.

    A few tips:

    – TideGear should play more and newer games. At least stick with games we haven’t heard of. Talking about a six-month old game isn’t retro or new.

    – Deagle- You’re cool, but sometimes you seem to get flustered. Maybe try writing down what you’re going to say- it’s works well in the trivia section.

    – SeanNOLA- It’s ok to talk at length, but not cool to interrupt all the time. Let people speak, and take your time, too.

  11. the “You guys ever handjive?” bit had me laughing out loud. People thought I was crazy.
