The Tech-Gaming Podcast, World 2-2

This week DesertEagle and SeanNOLA talk about a trio of ugly games- Risen, Last Rebellion, and Ragnarock while desperately trying to avoid any mention of flatulence on amusement park rides. Meanwhile, TideGear gives his impressions of The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom, while trying to help the show maintain its sense of civility. Add a tantalizing selection of trivia and iphone app overviews, simmer for ninety minutes, and the show is ready to be savored by distinguished eardrums. Don’t forget to send your questions for our next mailbag, and subscribe to the Tech-Gaming Podcast on iTunes.

  1. I like when Tide asks, “Who would fight you” to DesertEagle. What is he, a UFC fighter or something.

  2. Why does Desert sound English every once in a while. The way he says “Leev-er” is wierd.

    It’s lev-er.

  3. Believe it or not, there was a LOT cut out this week. in fact, the podcast “starts” after 7 cut-out minutes of Deagle and TG babbling about stuff. We kinda had trouble reeling it in, but what can I say: we like talking to each other!

  4. I noticed the site was down for a while. What happened?

Good show guys. Getting better with each one.

  5. “7 cut-out minutes of Deagle and TG babbling about stuff”

That’s the hotness! LOL. What do those two discuss?

  6. Well SOMEONE, whose name rhymes with “Schmesert Beagle” doesn’t like having his picture taken, so you’ll have to make do with my ugly mug

  7. Is this blame Deagle week? Time for me to chime in.

Ozone depletion? Blame those plastic razors he uses to shave his big old head.

  8. NICE TRY, MYSTIC!
Thrill Kill was developed by Paradox Development with the intent of being published by Virgin Interactive.
Virgin Interactive published several Capcom games on the PC in Europe, including the Street Fighter games. Ken was in Namco X Capcom for the PS2, alongside Taizo Hori, the true name of Dig Dug, Father of Mr Driller. BAM!

  9. At least you don’t forget the name of name of half the games you’re played in the last week.

  10. LOL! Whose responsible for such handiwork? We need to put those resources to work, as I’m artistically challenged.

  11. Oh man, I bust up when I saw this!

It’s funny because it’s true. Last time someone crossed me, Sean shoved a giant drill through their abdomen.

  12. His reviews are good enough for me! Having him on a podcast is just gravy. BTW- You other guys are great, but I’d love more written work!
